Keith Rodgers, co-founder (Singapore)
Keith is co-founder of Webster Buchanan Research and chair of Webster Buchanan's Multi-country Payroll Forum. Having focused for much of his career on the interface between technology and business need in finance, customer management, people management and payroll, Keith now leads Webster Buchanan's People Management and Multi-country Payroll practices. He has carried out extensive research among companies at every stage of the multi-country payroll cycle, and consults on multi-country payroll strategy, business case development and vendor selection.

After a career in London, Keith has spent the best part of this decade in San Francisco, California, where he set up Webster Buchanan's US operations. In January 2009 he moved to Singapore where he currently runs Webster Buchanan's AsiaPac operations. Prior to founding Webster Buchanan Research in 2001, Keith was UK Managing Director and then US President of TBC Research, a research and consultancy company.

David Longworth, Research Director (London)
David is Research Director of Webster Buchanan, operating from its head office in the UK. He has extensive experience in research across the Finance, HR and Payroll sectors, and has run many of Webster Buchanan's practitioner-driven projects. Focusing on the interaction between technology and business need, David's specialist areas include shared services, IT infrastructure and enterprise business software. David is co-author of many Webster Buchanan publications, including Webster Buchanan's Multi-country Payroll Review.

Prior to joining Webster Buchanan Research, David was Content Director of TBC Research.

Des Pereira, co-founder (London)
Des was formerly Business/Corporate Development Director of Thistle Hotels Plc, where he led many of the initiatives contributing to a repositioning of the group, including the implementation of a £25m ($45m) IT strategy. He was previously Group Finance Director for Capital Corporation Plc, a major UK casino group, and a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche in London, where he acted as an adviser to the firm's major technology clients. Most recently, Des was Vice President and Managing Director for Internap Network Services Inc (International) a Seattle-based NASDAQ-quoted technology company. Des is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Mark Geary, co-founder (Hong Kong)
Mark is managing director of AsiaNet Consultants in Hong Kong, and has been involved as a practitioner in the Human Resource Management field for over twenty years. Prior to joining AsiaNet, he held senior positions with ICI, Ladbroke, Inchcape and InterContinental Hotels, and his experience extends throughout the US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Mark holds a Degree in Business Administration, is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the Institute of Directors.

George Fletcher
George’s background is in running IT and Telecom firms. He brings almost 25 years of Board level experience in the UK, Europe and USA to Webster Buchanan. After serving as Marketing Director for database firm Ashton-Tate, George became EMEA Managing Director of Nantucket, growing the business to become a corporate standard before negotiating the sale of Nantucket to Computer Associates. He then ran European Operations for Traveling Software (now Laplink.com), and worked as a consultant on various start ups in emerging markets. George joined Webster Buchanan in 2007, and as head of business development, is tasked with bringing new clients to Webster Buchanan.
