Keith is also closely involved in many of the initiatives launched by Webster Buchanan to enable multi-country payroll practitioners to share experiences with their peers around the world, including Webster Buchanan's Multi-country Payroll Forum (a confidential group for a small number of large multinationals) and Webster Buchanan's international conferences in London and San Francisco, California.

After an initial career in London, Keith moved to San Francisco where he set up Webster Buchanan's US operations in 2003. In January 2009 he moved to Singapore as head of Webster Buchanan's AsiaPac operations, and in October 2010 moved to Sydney, where Webster Buchanan will be opening a new regional office.

Prior to founding Webster Buchanan Research in 2001, Keith was UK Managing Director and then US President of TBC Research, a research and consulting company focusing on the finance function.

Ray Porter, Head of Global Consulting (Hong Kong)
With over 20 years experience managing large-scale international projects, Ray is an acknowledged expert in multi-country payroll and shared services. He has been responsible for developing global payroll strategies, leading transformation initiatives & managing shared service operations across Europe, Middle East, Africa and AsiaPacific, covering more than 75 countries.

 Ray has held a number of senior management positions in the IT and financial services sectors, and has spent the past 10 years working in HR & Finance shared services. Before joining Webster Buchanan Research as Head of Global Consulting, he worked at Dell as Employee Services Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and the AsiaPacific region, where he had operational responsibilities for payroll, business expenses & travel. During his time with Dell he sucessfully led & managed the outsourcing of payroll operations across Asia and the consolidation of payroll teams in EMEA. He managed payroll for approximately 45,000 employees in 55 countries.

Previously, Ray spent much of his career at Intel, where he held a number of senior management positions including the role of Employee Services Manager for EMEA. He managed the EMEA HR shared services operations for payroll, benefits admin, business expenses & sales commissions, and was responsible for approximately 15,000 employees across 40 countries.
