Webster Buchanan Research announced today that Ray Porter, one of the most experienced practitioners in the multi-country payroll sector, has joined the company to head its Global Consulting Business.

Porter has previously led multi-country payroll projects spanning more than 75 countries in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Formerly employee services director for EMEA and AsiaPac at IT company Dell, he previously led major international payroll projects at Intel, and in the financial services sector. Ray also has extensive experience in the HR and financial management fields.

Porter heads a Webster Buchanan team that provides consulting services for multinationals of all sizes around the world, working from regional offices in London, San Francisco and Singapore. Webster Buchanan's services include multi-country payroll strategy and business case development; vendor selection; managing transformational change; governance; and ongoing vendor management.
